About Combat DV

From Lived Experience to Lasting Impact.

Our journey is rooted in personal experiences and inspired by resilience, Combat DV exists to empower survivors and veterans through support, opportunity, and community. Together, we help individuals restore dignity, build confidence, and create pathways to a brighter future.

Our Mission

Restoring Dignity. Building Resilience.

Combat DV is dedicated to empowering domestic violence survivors and veterans by connecting them with the resources, opportunities, and support needed to rebuild their lives. Through clothing assistance, workforce development, wellness services, and strategic community partnerships, we foster dignity, resilience, and lasting independence.

Every program is designed to return what abuse and combat too often take: a sense of agency, a path forward, and a community that believes in you.

Foundation of Solidarity

Standing Together. Empowering Change.

Our foundation is built on solidarity, service, and the unwavering belief that no survivor or veteran should face life's challenges alone. Combat DV was established to provide more than immediate assistance—we create opportunities for healing, empowerment, and transformation. By connecting individuals with clothing resources, career development, wellness support, and community partnerships, we help restore dignity, foster resilience, and build pathways toward lasting self-sufficiency. Together, we stand beside those we serve, turning hope into action, support into opportunity, and challenges into brighter futures.

  • Guided by lived experience and informed by the voices of those we serve.
  • Strengthened through partnerships with community organizations, employers, and service providers.
  • Veteran-informed support designed to address the unique challenges of military transition and recovery.
  • Accessible programs and resources that remove barriers and expand opportunity.

Our values

01

Dignity first

Every person who walks through our doors is met with respect, compassion, choice, and confidentiality. We believe dignity is not earned—it is inherent and deserves to be honored in every interaction.

02

Trauma-informed

We recognize the lasting impact of trauma and strive to create safe, supportive, and empowering experiences that promote healing, trust, and resilience.

03

Lived Experience Matters

The voices and experiences of survivors, veterans, and those who have overcome adversity help shape our programs, guide our decisions, and strengthen our impact.

04

Community-rooted

We believe lasting change begins within the communities we serve. By investing in people, partnerships, and local resources, we help build stronger, safer, and more connected communities.

Our Leadership

Guided by Purpose. Driven by Service.

Our leadership team is united by a shared commitment to empowering survivors, supporting veterans, and strengthening communities. Through diverse experiences, professional expertise, and a passion for service, we work together to create opportunities for healing, growth, and lasting impact.
